Your days under the sun can spent enjoying the 400-ft pier, boat launch, tennis courts, and pools. When you aren't swimming in the pool's turquoise water, head to one of the convenient beach access points, located just minutes away. A hang gliding lesson can be booked with Kitty Hawk Kites' Flight School, a peaceful hike can be taken around Jockey's Ridge State Park, and playful competition can ensue at Lost Treasure Golf.

Decorated in a charming nautical theme, the interior of Ricos Retreat is full of sunlight and modern amenities. The living room is an ideal spot to stream your favorite shows, or participate in a family game night! The kitchen's stainless steel appliances and many nifty gadgets make cooking a breeze, and dining is just as easily done at the wooden dining table.

Both of the condo's bedrooms have ceiling fans, soft linens, and ample storage space. The perks don't end there though - also inside you'll discover central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and internet access.

Trouble in the Outer Banks

The refrigerator was not working when we checked in. Communication with the property manager (Vacasa) was one sided.. Still waiting for s resolution, Vacasa has been no help. We left the property early and moved to another location because Vacasa did not keep us in the loop about the status of the fridge. Wasn't repaired until Weds. 3 days.

Nag Head

Good location. Quiet. We left early to go home as our house got power bac from hurricane Helene. The only issue we had was every night we got bug bites while sleeping.

Pool, location, neighbors, landscaping was wonderful. The actual house smelled of mold, mildew and pet pee. Had to put towels on the couch because of the smell and filth. Kitchen cabinets were trashy and sticky. No glasses but wine or plastic glasses. We cleaned the porch just enjoy the outside. Owners should be ashamed of this property.
