Roaches and unresponsive owners
It’s a sister condo to Caravelle properties, without all the awesome things caravelle offer. Room looked good on entry, but they didn’t leave all the things they said they’d leave in the room. Like pool bands. When we asked them how we would use the pools, they told us to try going without them. Which worked downstairs, but not at caravelle pools which was supposed to be included. And then the first night, as soon as lights turned out, roaches were everywhere. Now when we reach out to the host and tell them they don’t respond. We still had 13 days left in this unit and they just never answered. It was so gross, and if vrbo lets me attach photos, I have Many. Also mold in the vents and blinds, but that’s easier to ignore than having to held out.breath while we sleep, and not being able to eat food in the unit, even the we paid to have a kitchen. We wasted so much money here, please don’t do the same.
