New 2024 Listing. This 2 Br villa is located in Laurel Court inside Kingston Resort. It's located on the 3rd floor with elevator access. It's in great shape with a completely renovated kitchen. This adorable condo features a king bed en suite and 2 queen beds in the secondary bedroom and a fully stocked kitchen. Relax by the pool or take a quick walk across the boardwalk to the beach. You'll find tons of sunlight streaming through the primary bedroom windows and a sliding glass door leading you to a screened-in balcony porch. The lake is right there at your feet and the view is so picturesque it instantly tugs at you to sit down, grab a cup of coffee or cocktail, and just breathe. It features free parking and free high speed Wifi (400 Mbps).

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Laurel Court is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, a private swimming pool, and a winding sidewalk with a 5 minute walk to the beach.

There was very little to no heat in the second bedroom. The property manager supplied us with a portable electric heaterThe water pressure in the ensuite bathroom shower was a trickle. The overall decor of the unit was tired.The unit was clean and a great location, close to the beach.The kitchen was well equipped for a long stay.

Easy Beach Vacation

We traveled to Kingston Planation for a conference, and enjoyed our stay. The unit was close to all the amenities in Kingston. Our children enjoyed the pools and we had easy access to the beach. The condo was as described in the listing. Plenty of room for a family. Our only concern was the temperature, the living room remained cool while the bedrooms were warmer. Nothing a bedside fan couldnt fix. The easy check in and check out process was great.
