Firt room phone didnot work .tv did not work .fridge didnot work had to wait till 2nd day to be moved to another room then the second room sliding glass door handle allmost broke off in our hand was broken .the window molding was not seald had a big crack where thethe window moved back and forth . Reported it nothing was done about itat all . Will never ever stay there again . Also mold in slidind glass doorways . Gross and rude and not on top of their propertys . Maintence was called over 10 times never ahowed up to fix the problems at all . I took pics and videos to document every thing as proof and showed the aupervisor and still nothing done .

Not perfect, but we will be back

We were very pleased with our stay after a rocky start. The hotel is understaffed. I felt bad for the young lady behind the counter as there is a surge of people showing up at check in and everyday we were there, we only saw one person working at a time. All that being said, she was very friendly even though it was obvious she was overwhelmed and many of the guests were being rude to her. When we got to our room we immediately checked for bed bugs and were pleased to find none. We did however find a that the sheets on one of the bed were not clean. The cleaning staff didn't speak english so it took some work to sort out. The girl at the front counter had a dozen people waiting so I didn't want to bother her. After that, everything was great. The room was very quiet and comfortable. The only complaint I had was there was no ventilation in the bathroom. Not a fan or anything. After showering, it was steam filled for some time. All that being said, we would definitely stay there again. I feel it is an exellent value for what you pay.

Loved the interior of the rooms and the space. The shower was amazing great design. The only complaint we had was one of two elevators went down during our stay. Other than that great place to stay in MB will be back

We thought we had ocean front but was a room called a aptno dresser. Room wasn’t clean like the reg rooms. We left early just lost our money. We usually love it but in regular ocean front rooms. Very dissapointed No tv in living room only in bed room

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!

Do not be decieved with the pictures online! It looked very nice online, however, it was a very disappointing experience overall! The rooms did look updated, however it was a very minimum update. The little things really stood out, such as no towel hangers at all in the bathroom. The counter looked unfinished, the door to open the balcony was very hard to open, due to the handle being loose. There were air filters just laying out in the floor. The outside pool was disgusting and not clean at all and the hot tub didn't work. On top of all the little things, our bed was caved in the the top of the bed due to a faulty bed frame that was put together with 2 x4s! We could not sleep on the bed properly. We informed the front desk and nothing was done about it. We literally had to sleep at the foot of the bed and finally put a ironing board under the mattress to solve the sinking bed problem. Overall, I would recommend going to another hotel and to save yourself the disappointment on your vacation.

Felt unsafe and was not very clean

It had good ratings and the pictures on the website looked a lot nicer than the hotel was. The room itself had been remodeled but very cheaply. The shower wouldn’t drain, so your shower had to be real quick or it would overflow the shower. They was no deadbolt or secondary locking on the door. Which wasn’t an issue until I had a food delivery guy knocking, banging, yelling, and rattling the door knob at 11:30pm. Waking me up. I didn’t order anything and he wanted me to open the door, I didn’t. It is a motel not a hotel, I don’t think that is described well on the website. No workers are on site from 11pm-8am. Local restaurants would slide menus under the door at all hours. It was very dirty. And there were bags of used laundry in the hall right by the elevator everyday. Check in was supposed to be 4pm, the room wasn’t ready. Well she had to mop the floors, they should be mopping the floors after every stay. I thought that was odd.

We were given a 1st floor room near the noisy elevator and the pool was just outside our door with people yelling and screaming all day long until 11:00 pm. I was as hoping to enjoy the beach view from the “balcony”, but had to peak through trees and people to see it. There was no hot water in the shower, but the sink did have hot water. It was very odd to say the least. If you don’t mind it being noisy and having children screaming all day, it’s not a terrible place to stay. It was fairly clean, although the sofa had many stains on it.

I reserved a room with the Ocean view. They ended up giving me the first floor with a pool view. I asked the Clark at the desk to have an upgrade to a room that has actually had an ocean view and he said he couldn’t do it. On top of that, the staff there was very noisy. Microwave was stuck so I couldn’t even use it.. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

No one works until 4pm

The room was not clean. There was still sand, bugs, and debris on the floor when we arrived. There was a black widow spider by the ac unit (that did NOT cool) but it was faster than me. I killed 3 spiders and a random bug before bed. I texted for bug spray and never heard from anyone. The bed was very uncomfortable. The best part is the location. The pool and beach were right outside the door. You're walking distance from many restaurants and shops, and a short drive to the main road for more sites.
