Everyone on staff is polite and friendly- whoever does the hiring for these people is spot on! Last year I stayed in a nice hotel in Isla Verde but I missed the Marriott Stelaris (where I had stayed around 8 or 9 times). So I came back this year and was very happy to be there. Superior service.

I was able to check in an hour early and the staff was accommodating. The restaurant was ok, but my room had a very odd musky smell inside. It was missing a mini fridge and the ice machine on the 3rd floor was not working. I feel that for the price, I could have gotten a better room elsewhere.

The pool and beach were clean, organized and always available. The room was always tidy clean and modern, the view of the main road Ashbourne was really nice. Access to entertainment and eateries were great. Would recommend a stay here to anyone .
