The property is run down. The carpets were stained, beds springy, the couches were filthy and I found a bug in the bathroom. Customer service was poor, for example, to get towels daily, I had to go down to their laundry area, that is bring my dirty towels and swap them for new ones. In addition, whenever I called the front desk, no one answered. All I can say is stay away!!!!!

Unfortunately, our stay was not what I expected. We booked this hotel because they offered breakfast. The restaurant was booked and we couldn’t even get a cup of coffee. The only food on premises was triple the cost of a regular meal. When mentioned to the front desk that we chose this hotel because of the breakfast, the staff was extremely rude. No housekeeping at all. There were 5 of us and only 4 towels. No hand towels or wash cloths. Again staff was extremely rude when asked about the towels. I had to bring the towels myseld to the laundry room to get fresh towels. Our first day they had no beach towels till 4:45, despite us walking from the beach back to the hotel to ask for towels, only to be spoken to rudely. The staff was extremely rude. We finally got bracket towels at 4:45 and were barked ordered to return the towels by 5:30. I would not recommend this hotel. The suite was beautiful and comfy, but otherwise was treated very poorly. Staff unapologetically dismissed every question and seemed annoyed at having to answer questions. Do yourself a favor and go else where. We are all very disappointed with this trip.

I like that the property was able to accommodate my party of eight people for sleeping and the space in the apartment. The downside is that they are less willing to provide additional towels for a group of eight. I requested 8 washcloths and from my understanding they were only able to provide 4 due to not being able to access the housekeepping office. The apartment comes with 5 bath towels and I requested an additional 3 bath towels which I did get. There were alarms going off while we were there and I can only assume that was due to the construction on the property and it may have triggered the alarm. According to the front desk, the building is old and has absolutely no heat and the apartment was freezing cold and unacceptable when traveling with eldery and children.

There was hair all over the rm 9G, a roach, 5 towels 2 wash cloths for 3 days 4 people, no phone inside the room, security was very rude, food in cafe was horrible, shower outside by the beach was better than room shower, shower floor hair and dirt, mold, kitchen cabinets coming off wall, couch dirty, heat in rm did not work! View from our room was the only good thing about this hotel. Everyone was given one tiny pillow, asked for more and they told me they had not one extra to provide. Worst sleeps of our lives. Beach chairs were taken away from us before 5pm, sun was out still and very nice. Room was dirty, garbage left laying on floor in our room. Corners are never vacuumed Must be 20 layers of paint on the walls, looks terrible . Front desk was not friendly at all. For the price we paid, it should have been way better, would never come back.

Location of this property is wonderful. Very accessible to the beach. Reason for lower star is due to the condition of the resort. Pictures are not accurate. Building is very old. We did not have any pots/pans, dish soap, paper towel, etc. Need to purchase everything if you intend on utilizing kitchen, and cooking.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed in. The carpets were so dirty and damaged. One part of the bedroom floor had a significant dip in it like it was going to give out beneath us. The furniture was also scratched up and damaged. And it was supposed to be an “ocean view” but it was a partial ocean view at best. The photos online were incredibly misleading. My family & I are very dissatisfied and disappointed.

The staff was very nice and professional (I loved Amy, Kevin, and Ignacio). The lobby is beautiful, affordable, and in a Great location. Lounge chairs are comfortable, and there are plenty on the beach. Our room was huge, and the terrace faced the beach. They definitely need new couches and better Wi-Fi that connects to the TV. If they ripped out the carpets in the room, it would be a game changer. The room was clean and no bugs. This property has so much potential with a small amount if updates. I would definitely stay here again.
