We always enjoy our stay at the Stafford and we look at to the excellent service and lovely food. As always everything lived up to expectations, and especially the wonderful breakfast, served by Alberto, who made sure everything was perfect. It is always a pleasure to see Luca and his team, who are so helpful and positive, nothing is too much trouble and this is why we keep coming back to the Stafford. Tub troubles

The only thing that caused us concern was getting into and out of your bath tub in our room whether for a shower or a bath...very precarious and no handles to hold onto to prevent a fall. That's a very high bath wall to step over to get into that tub and without a handle to steady you, quite dangerous. Exiting tub has same problem. Thank God we're still 72. Will be tougher later.

The Stafford is beautiful, classically British feeling, and staff was incredibly warm and helpful. Great location with easy access to Green Park tube station through a passage way across the street. Minor inconvenience is the bathroom has very little counter space / room for toiletries, but I find this is common in European hotels, and easily remedied if I had remembered a hanging toiletry case!
