4/10 Poor

Nice but dusty

Apartment was nice and as photographed, but floors, ceilings, corners were dusty and there were a lot of cobwebs. The sink was clogged when I arrived, although when I raised that to the team they sent someone to fix it very quickly. The water leaves a slight film, so dishes that had just been washed didn't feel super clean. Also, you cannot open the drawer for detergent on the washing machine based on the cabinet it sits in, so you have to pour your detergent directly into the drum (a minor point but that shocked me - has no one raised this before?)
