Floor was not properly vacuumed and it was dusty. Window could not be opened so there was no way to ventilate the room. Bathroom was clean. Bath area had limescale/ mould ; needs a bit of TLC. Overall, ok stay. Thanks.

rooms were clean and bigger than most, close to the underground, however neighborhood was sketchy, but I liked seeing how the locals lived. great local bar called The Bell just down the street, highly recommend for a pint.

Nicely appointed hotel.. It tries hard to 4 star property but in my opinion it needs fresh ideas.. Lack of staff is an issue not sure why that is.. Parts of the hotel feel in need of TLC and the cleaning crew needs more time allocated to each room to do, a thoughtful job , as opposed to surface cleaning.. Overall i wont go back as the property overall to me lacked hospitality
