Hej, min upplevelse med detta ’hotel’ var allt annat än bra. När jag ringde och bad dem konfirmera att jag behövde skicka mitt pass innan att jag anlände samt in-checkningstid så bad de mig även maila mina kreditkortuppgifter. Detta gjorde jag naturligtvis inte men jag mailade ett kopia på mitt id kort samt in-checkningstid. Att checka in va inte heller ngn trevlig upplevelse då jag fick vänta i ca 30 min på att ngn skulle visa mig till rummet samt ge mig nyckel, hotellet är obemannat, men så här ska det ändå inte vara. När jag väl fick checka in kom killen som visat mig rummet in i rummet efter stt ha visat en annan kille sitt rum. Då var det dags att betala deposit. 300 pund och trots att han sa att de tog amex så gick det ’tyvärr’ inte. Jag fick betala det med ett icke kreditkort. Rummet va ok men inte mer och de två dagarna jag stannade där funkade bra (dock ingen städning eller så) och när jag skulle checka ut bad de mig lägga nyckeln i en brevlåda tillsammans med samma nr som mitt rum. Jag gjorde detta precis som de visat, men senare samma kväll påstår de att de inte hittat nyckeln. Tyvärr är jag övertygad om att de ljuger och bara inte vill betala tillbaka min deposit. Jag väntar på svar just nu, och jag kommer kontakta er på hotels.com nästa vecka om jag fortfarande inte fått pengarna och hoppas ni kan hjälpa.
