The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. My only complaints were that the bed and pillows were quite firm, and the air conditioner made a very loud noise each time it turned on. On a positive note, the valet parking attendant was very nice and helpful.

Both were great. I would rate it a 4.5. Bartender could’ve been more attentive, waited to long to order a drink. An additional bartender was needed to meet the needs of their guests !

Very convenient for the airport with free shuttle service. Hotel looks very swish downstairs but the room and especially bathroom were very tired. Small snack shop exceptionally expensive, $6 for a small bottle of water. Nice breakfast buffet.

Rundown hotel, questionable part of town, lousy customer service and amenities that are WAY overpriced. I stayed multiple times telling myself that their lower rates made it worth it, but it’s not. I’m paying a little more and going somewhere else where they care. Avoid.
