CANCELLATION POLICIES AND OPTIONS:

TRAVEL INSURANCE – Please look into this as your first line of defense, as it limits losses for both parties in this difficult time. All of the major booking sites offer trip insurance and you can purchase this protection directly at time of booking. Also, many credit cards do offer some sort of travel reimbursement as terms of their program, please check with your credit card company as well, should you chose not to protect your trip with the site you are booking this reservation with.

For bookings without Travel Insurance, we have the below options:

CANCELLATIONS - 30 DAYS or MORE before check-in, Renters will receive a REFUND of the amounts paid less any travel insurance fee and minus a $99.00 + Tax Administrative Fee.

CANCELLATION 29 DAYS or LESS before check-in, Renters will forfeit the total rental amount. The total rental includes all charges on the paid-in-full invoice.

There are NO REFUNDS for EARLY DEPARTURE.
