Little getaway anniversary

Amelia island surf and racquet club was very nice. Clean. Well supplied. Close to different places. The property should have umbrellas around the pool for some shade. Beach was big not crowded. The shower needs a new put out to turn shower on. Again very clean

Very nice property

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend in this unit. It was clean and well-equipped with a beautiful view. Management was very responsive and friendly. We definitely would rent this unit again!

Nice with a few minor misses

The furnishings were extremely comfortable. Overall I would recommend this unit, but you need to be aware of 3 things: 1. Being on the second floor right above the air conditioning units, it could get a little noisy. 2. The toilet needed two flushes to empty the bowl. On the first flush it just fills the bowl and swirls around. 3. We went in the summer and the balcony was an oven after 9:00 in the morning until around 9:00 in the evening. Those warnings being given, I would rent this unit again.

Amelia Island Fall Getaway

Unit and location were quite nice. Drains in kitchen and bathroom need some work......extremely slow. Very disappointed in the upkeep of the overall property. The elevator was filthy and smelled like oil. Hallways always had outside debris. Same debris were there all week. Lots of dead bushes in the front gardens. Would probably not choose this facility again because of the condition of the facility

Perfect Late August Getaway

Unit was very clean and easy to access. Beach was wonderful and both it and pool were convenient to unit. Response from property management was excellent when we had slight problem w/front gate remote. Very quiet area although requires driving to restaurants, shopping etc. Bathroom is quite small but works ok for two people. Would suggest some plastic ware for the kitchen and new sheets for bed. Overall a great and enjoyable stay.

Windows don't open

Premises were spotlessly clean but renters should know 1) only the sliding doors onto the porch open. All other windows are sealed shut. 2) Compressors for other units are next to the porch so you hear their motor noise. 3) Appliances all top notch.

Great Stay

The condo was very well appointed; very nice furniture and very comfortable king bed. The condo was located very close to the elevator, which made for a easy move in/out. The view from the living area and outdoor porch was nice. The bathroom was small but serviceable. Overall a very nice condo. Note that there was a small problem with a few roaches. The property manager will be contacted about this.

Lovely beach front

Very nice upgraded condo, great location with beautiful beach views from balcony. Unfortunately they were power washing the building all week and we had to look at the crane all week in front of our view. Couldn’t use our balcony last day due to power washing, wish we would have been notified

Very Nice beach front Condo

We have been vacationing at Amelia Island for past 3 years and this year's condo was not a disappointment. It was clean, quiet and had a nice view of the pool and beach. Highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting a very nice place to relax and enjoy the beach.

Christmas on Amelia Island

Enjoyed our week long stay over Christmas while visiting family in the area. The unit was nicely furnished and as described in the listing. Nice view of the beach and we liked listening to the ocean at night. Would stay here again if we are ever in the area.
