Biggest complaints would be the mandatory 55 dollar a night hotel valet fee due to no parking lot and the 38 dollar a night hotel amenity fee! Staff was wonderful and lots of local activities. We booked an ocean view and ended up with a partial ocean view. The worst were the flies that were everywhere on the property and around the pools! We gave up laying by the pools because it was just too annoying! We ended up at the beach each day
