This amazing property is in the most sought-after neighborhood in the Coachella Valley. Located the heart of Indian Wells, south of highway 111 just off of Fairway Dr. situated among some of the valley's most treasured midcentury homes. This home contains three-bedrooms / two baths and 2,300 square feet of comfort.

The resort style backyard is built for entertainment, complete with private salt water pebble tech pool (not heated), fire table, bocce court/putting surface, full outdoor kitchen with 5 burner grill, flat top griddle, wood burning pizza oven, mini fridge and sink.

Master bedroom has 1 king-sized Bed, 55-inch Smart television with Apple TV, private en-suite bathroom with a shower, roman tub and double vanity sinks. Slider with access to backyard and pool.

Bedrooms #2 and 3 have queen beds, 55-inch Smart televisions and access to the hall bathroom with shower and single vanity.

The property features driveway and street parking however no garage access.

There is also a full laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board

Nice location

House is in a beautiful area. Home needs a deep cleaning. More cleaning supplies would help. Barbecue area unusable as far as we were concerned. All of the barbecue equipment was old and dirty. Rental was overpriced. Kitchen supplies were archaic and poorly supplied. Pool area nice but the furniture was old and dirty. Beds were fine. Bathrooms were okay. The floors were nice but dirty. No adequate toaster, we bought our own. We also bought our own dishes and silverware. Overall the house needs a lot of work in order to achieve a 5 star experience.
Stayed 40 nights in Feb 2024
