Loved that it was right across the street from the beach. Valet parking made it convenient for us to park. Everyone was helpful and friendly except one of the valet workers. Maybe he was having a bad day.

We stayed here for 7 nights. Although, it was not our first time staying with Twin Fin Hotel but this was the far worst experienced due to sewage smell in our bathroom the first 2 nights. We notified the hotel and we were moved to a different room. Second room has no smell but now we had to deal with noises from our balcony sliding door that whistles very loud due to windy weather (April). That was every single night. We didn’t bother to mention anything to the hotel management since it wont be an easy fix. Overall, I will give a 2 stars since everything is close by; shops, eats, and the beach.

Nice to be at the end of Waikiki, near the zoo, and nice pier and beach. The hotel, itself, was just okay. Beds were uncomfortable(way too soft with no support). Housekeeping was sub par. We were there for a week and only asked for every other day cleaning. One day, we were short clean towels and coffee & condiments for the coffeemaker. The next cleaning the bathroom sunk was, obviously not cleaned as the leftover coffee that I poured out before I left for the day was still spattered in the sink bowl. Also, the refrigerator in our room froze our leftovers and leis. I asked for a new one, which they did bring, but it froze the leis as well.

This is a great spot to stay! I loved the location and how everything was so easy to walk to and we walked for almost an hour but didn’t feel like it since there’s so much to see!!

Property is definitely outdated. Ive stayed at other locations and decided to save money due to inviting more family but was it worth it? No. I’d rather spend more to stay somewhere nicer considering the additional fees you’ll spend like parking and resort fees. Most likely wont be staying here again but i will admit that it is at a prime location although you can get better if you’re willing to spend the $200-$300 more

This is our second time staying at this hotel. We enjoy the views from our hotel room, the walkable access to the beach. Staff are friendly and helpful. There were only two things you should consider when booking this spot: 1. The main door to the hotel room and the balcony does not close all the way and creates a whistling noise which made it difficult to sleep at night. The maintenance guy was helpful and quickly resolved that issue for us. 2. There is the valet parking on site. Due to such high volume of vehicles the response time to get our vehicle was 20-30min. ps. A microwave would have made it so much more convenient if you want to reheat leftovers or simply buy and eat frozen food. Overall this is a nice property for location and price. Would come back again. Mahalo:)
