This spacious 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is located in the Shipmaster area of Shipyard.

The compact, yet fully equipped, galley kitchen opens to a roomy dining area. The adjoining living room is comfortably furnished and affords slider door access to a private outside patio. Also on the main floor are a laundry room and convenient half bath.

The second floor features two bedrooms, each with a private deck and private bath. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and the guest bedroom has two twin beds.

Shipyard is centrally located on beautiful Hilton Head Island and provides easy access to over 200 restaurants, unique shopping, and world-class golf.The plantation borders 12 miles of white sandy beach and offers bike paths, lagoons, golf courses, tennis courts, and an abundance of natural beauty.

The Shipmaster area of the community has an on-site pool, free tennis, and is a short, leisurely, 30 minute walk down the scenic bike path to the beach. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

First trip to Hilton Head

Loved the location of this rental. Lots of walking/biking paths and close to the beach. Disappointed that pool was closed. Good rental for pets!

Call me Disappointed and feeling ripped off!

The pictures made this place look amazing. We walked in the front door and were met with a Musty smell and dead bugs on the floor. We walked in and around the place and found the place to be dated (we figure 1990’s at best), dirty carpets, patches on the walls, poor lighting, torn screen on the patio doors, rusted outdoor chairs that you could not sit on, worn out furniture and finally, no blankets for the beds. The first couple nights were quite cool. We did turn the heat on but blankets would have been nice. We left 2 days early
