Pro- location to beach and dining/shopping. Con- misinformed about amenities and poor communication. Was very important to us that we could swim so before deciding to book I asked, and was told pool was open but not heated, which in fact both outdoor and indoor pools were closed. When I mentioned they said they didn’t recall the conversation. When I sent proof of the conversation they ghosted me and never responded again. No apology, no compensation for the wrong information. I would’ve booked elsewhere with accessible pools. Internet went out for a day too and sat around waiting to have someone show to fix. It went in and out a few times during the week. Place looks nice from photos but a few things like bathroom door didn’t lock, recliner didn’t recline, no binder with any information on the place or area, no blankets just bedding and it was cold. They also list tennis as an amenity and there’s no tennis on site, 20 min walk to public tennis courts. Mattress covers make the beds so loud with every time you move. I think the biggest thing for me, though was owners integrity. There was no acknowledgment that I was misinformed about the pool, which would’ve landed us renting elsewhere… no apology no compensation.
