Quality Inn West Springfield
"Stayed here with my husband for 2 nights during a six flags vacation the weekend of August 8th. Hotel was right off the highway, and 15 minutes from the park, with lots of restaurants around, making it a good location. We were checked in quickly by friendly staff at the front desk. Many reviews discuss the old run down rooms, but the Single King we stayed in was updated recently i believe, as it was furnished pretty modernly with a good TV, microwave and fridge for our use, and not filled with crap to buy. Checked the bed and base boards for bed bugs and dint find any sign of pests. The Pool was open and being enjoyed all weekend by guests, vending machines were stocked, and all the common areas were clean. Breakfast was standard continental with fruit, pastry, juice, waffles, etc, and was well stocked and tasty. While the building is definitely showing its age, our stay was enjoyable and restful!"
