4 Night Minimum Stay.

ALL EVENTS MUST RECEIVE PRIOR APPROVAL from owner INSURANCE REQUIRED. Small scale events 40 guests or under may be permitted. No outside music after 11pm. Follow Guilford county noise ordinance rules.

Parking on premises for 15-20 vehicles. Depending on size of cars/trucks.

Extra fee of 300.00 for gatherings, social functions and any type of celebrations booked after May 1,2025. Event Insurance must be in place no later than 48 Hours prior to check in date.
Hot Tub is an extra cost of 150.00 for 3 night stay. This covers the cleaning and chemicals.
Air Mattress and Linen rental 150.00 for 3 night stay in addition to home rental fee.
