"I had a great experience during my stay at the Spark by Hilton Concord. The staff was exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their outstanding customer service made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. One feature that really stood out was the laundry facility. The washer and dryer appeared to be brand new and worked amazingly well, which was especially appreciated. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The bed provided a great night’s sleep, and the overall condition of the room exceeded my expectations. The only downside is that the hotel does not have a gym or fitness center. If having workout facilities on-site is important to you, you’ll need to plan for an alternative option nearby. Overall, this is an excellent hotel with outstanding staff, clean and comfortable accommodations, and great laundry facilities. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the Concord area."
