"The house and property are somewhat dated - driveway has a very large ledge to get over - could be easily fixed by bringing in more rock. Our grandkids tried to go swimming and found the bottom of the lake to very soft and mucky - plus the water was very murky. We are from Minnesota where our lakes our clear and sandy bottom so take that comment with a grain of salt. The path down to the lake is hard to determine where to go so you're not trespassing - best to call the host and get the correct path down to the lake. Lakeview Drive is more like a cartwright path although it has a street sign off of the main road. Make sure you are driving slow as your GPS shows you are nearing the road."

"The property was exactly as advertised. It was clean and well kept. Communication work the host went well. We would stay there again. As for improvements, there could be more towels based on the number of guests who can stay there and the pillows in the bunk bed bedroom could be thicker."

"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were very responsive to any questions I asked, and they provided us with information to help make our stay enjoyable based on our specific needs. They really went out of their way to help us. The property is wonderful and we really enjoyed using the kayaks and I brought equipment to do some fishing. The house was very clean and well equipped for our needs.We would recommend staying here."

"The relaxing lake view was absolutely peaceful. Waking up each morning and sitting on the deck watching the sunrise was one of our favorite parts of the trip.The kids loved having the lake right there for fishing and swimming. Hearing them laugh, play, and simply enjoy being kids was exactly what we needed. Getting away from the hustle and bustle helped us recharge and make some wonderful family memories.The home itself had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The host went above and beyond anything we've experienced before, and we travel quite a bit. He called with detailed instructions before our arrival and checked in throughout the week to make sure everything was going well.We would definitely choose to stay here again if we're back in the area and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful lakeside getaway."

"This was a first, soft introduction for our 5 year old to camping/glamping and she had the best time! My husband also enjoyed himself. Normally he is complaining about how poorly he sleeps or the bed quality when we stay somewhere, but he loved the mattress at the glamp site and enjoyed it as well. We will definitely return when we are able to stay for more nights."
