Heat/A/C unit in our accessible room was inoperable. Maintenance was unsuccessful in fixing the unit. We were offered another room (accessible not available) or using a space heater. We choose the heater rather than moving our gear again to a non-accessible room; however, the heater’s plug was charred & nothing else was available so we ended up moving anyway. We were fortunate in having a toilet riser with us. I must add that thru all this, the staff was very responsive and did the best they could under the circumstances. We will probably stay there again on our return trip after Thanksgiving. Henry Thompson CDR, USN (ret)

Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast had lots of choices and area was clean and well stocked. We had some problem with checking in that they couldn't access my Hilton information. Our room went uncleaned for two days because we were not on the housekeeping list of occupied rooms. Because of a busy schedule we never got into our room until late in the evening and didn't catch it until the morning when we realized towels on the floor hadn't been picked up and we had no new ones. I had to go down to the main desk to pick up towels and soap as we were out of both. On the 3rd and 4th days everything went fine.

Great stop!

Friendly, clean, quiet, comfortable. One block off 85S. Great breakfast.Left well rested to continue our trip.

Hotel nice, a few issues

Pros: Clean, nice breakfast
Cons: More timely on getting room ready
Location: Very few nice eating place near by, prob stay in Greensboro next time
Paid on line, for two rooms, 1 ready at 2:10 other to be ready at 3, wedding at 5 went down at 3, room still not ready, to call 4:20 still no call went down no one knew about the call. Finally got a key. Need better communications at front desk. Pillows were terrible, when comparing to other Hampton Inns

Very happy!!

Location: I was here for a college graduation. Lots of furniture shopping in High Point!
Pleased with all aspects of our stay!! Staff was personable and helpful. Rooms were immaculate and comfortable. The free breakfast was vast and delicious! I would definitely stay here again! :)
