Lovely Home in the heart of Amish country

Welcome to our cozy guest house. Located in the middle of Amish country and minutes away from the village of Intercourse and kitchen kettle village. Within 10 miles of major attractions, dining and shopping. Dutch Wonderland, Sight & Sound Theater, Rockvale outlets and Tanger Outlets.
This is a ranch style home where everything is on one floor.
There is a master bedroom with a full private bath , 2 other bedrooms, the one has 2 twin beds and the other one a king size bed,and an additional full bathroom ,if you area light sleeper we have a sound machine in each bedroom to block out any noise, also a beautiful sunroom that has a pullout sofa and tv, and a family room with plenty of seating for everyone with a 48 inch tv for your entertainment.
Prepare delicious cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen before gathering around the adjacent dining area for a fun family dinner...
There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer ,you will need to provide your own laundry soap. Also a built in ironing board.
Guests will also have access to a one car garage. there is a deck out back with a patio set and grill over looking a beautiful back yard.
We live in a beautiful neighborhood and have Amish living next door.Horse and buggies drive our road daily and you might possibly get to see them working in a field close by.
The house is surrounded by a big beautiful yard for you and your children to enjoy.
My husband and I live near by and would be happy to assist you in anyway.

The home was all that we expected. We were there six nights and made breakfast every morning. We had everything we needed and everything was clean. The bedrooms were perfect for the four of us and very comfortable. We felt at home and enjoyed a relaxing stay. We highly recommend this home.

Everything was great! Our only complaint/suggestion is that the bedrooms really need blackout curtains. With the high school located behind the property the lights shine in regardless of the blinds being closed. It was difficult for us to fall asleep. Otherwise, house was cute, clean and comfy!

Nicely decorated. Split bedroom style house which gives both couples more privacy. The master bedroom had a king size bed as well as one of the other bedrooms. This is so hard to find and was greatly appreciated. An attached garage to park our car. So close to Sight and Sound Theater as well as some of our favorite restaurants and shopping. We hope to stay here again in the future.
