The property is adorned with new linens and decor to make the home welcoming and comfortable. Upon arrival, you will find a clutter-free and very clean home. An open plan layout allows your group to enjoy being together, but with plenty of space for everyone.

Fabulous place

The Modern Condo in Downtown Fuquay was perfect for our family trip! The photos on VRBO were exactly as we found the unit, very clean and updated. The location was a charming small downtown area with great restaurants and coffee shops within two blocks of the unit. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this unit/rental. The owner, Erin, was very professional and responded quickly to any questions.

Perfect spot

This place was great! We were in town for a wedding and stayed 2 nights here. It was very clean and comfortable, plus there are good restaurants around and things to do very close. The host is very responsive and accomodating. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if I ever found myself back in the area.

Beautiful and Spacious

We loved staying here and will definitely rebook. We were impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the apartment. The photos are accurate and it is as spacious as depicted. It is walkable to multiple restaurants and shops and a short drive to even more. The apartment has everything you need to prepare meals and easy clean up. My brother and I had a great stay in this apartment while visiting family. It was the perfect retreat each day. The unit was spotless, well-stocked, and in a great location. Great place!

This property is new and very clean and the location is great! It is a secure building so no worries if you are traveling alone. There is a bit of traffic noise but not a big deal. Erin was very friendly and checked in with me to see if I needed anything. I stayed for a week and will definitely book again!
