Book Hotels in Fremont, NH

"We booked 2 king bed rooms with pullout couches from Hotels.com. When we arrived they put us in small rooms with 1 queen bed. I immediately went to the desk and was informed that they didn't have those rooms. It felt like an episode from Seinfeld but it was not funny. They finally gave us 2 rooms with a king bed and told us it was the fault of the third party vendor. The pool pump broke the day we arrived which was the reason we went their for kids on vacation. It was fixed the next day but it was all very disappointing. We made the best of it but it was not what we hoped for. We ate at the restaurant one night and the bartender was the only 1 on as someone didn't show. He did everything and was super nice and apologetic but that is a management issue. If someone no shows, you come in or find other help. The staff were friendly and nice but I couldn't recommend this property to anyone."

"Hi, my stay at Double Tree/Hilton Andover overall was good. The Hotel itself was was lovely, neat and clean. The spacious room was very neat and clean. I had trouble sleeping with such soft pillows, even when placing three pillows on top of each other. Also traveling with a seeing/walking impared person, it was difficult to enter the Hotel with the circular entry door. Only one person can fit in the small circular space. I couldn't help her exit this type of door. The entry door on the side, is heavy to maneuver when carrying bags and assisting an impared person. "

"The property is much improved from when I visited about six years ago. My room was directly facing the ocean. It was clean, and the beds were comfortable. They now have a coffee shop next door, which is very convenient. I visited in April, too early for beach walking unless you have a parka, but it was wonderful to fall asleep to the sound of the surf."
