This was an absolutely wonderful hotel stay. We will definitely book here again if we’re in the area. The only negative experience we had is that a loud group of people who weren’t hotel guests got into the pool area, but security handled that pretty quickly after being called.

Overall, my experience was satisfactory. However, I noticed that a white woman working at the front desk appeared to treat customers differently based on race. Her interactions with Black customers seemed noticeably less courteous than with others, which I found disappointing and unprofessional.

I have been coming to this hotel for 40 years. Many owners over the years. Always a good time. Staff is the best. Food option after 5 are very good. I love the rooms with balconies. Rooms are spotless. The price is right. Coffee all day in the lobby!
