COCKROACH We entered the room, from the air conditioner out came a ROACH! We walked out and asked for a full refund. We were instructed to email the General Manager. I have emailed twice with no response. The Desk Manager was very nice.

Over my 3 day stay, had to request water temp to be adjusted from cool to hot. No maid service until requested, then only changed out dirty towels, never made up the beds as requested. TV unwatchable, had odd stations, no major networks. Won’t stay there again.

Not very clean, especially light-blocking curtain. Room was rundown, shabby looking: furniture, wall paper peeling, shelves missing from fridge, carpeting old, among other things. It took 3x to flush toilet paper down toilet. There was no soap and minimal shampoo etc. for a two person room. TV remote was broken. Noisy on front side of inn. On a more positive note, bed was comfortable and towels adequate. Air conditioning worked as expected.

Walls are extremely thin. Could hear word for word what the people in the next room were saying. Room smelled like someone had smoked in there prior which is terrible if you have breathing issues. Staff was very friendly and helpful though.

They are pet friendly for service animals. Although the property needs updating, they are working on it. We have been here 4 weeks due to a house fire, and we had stayed at a couple diff spots but compared too cleanliness, kindness, their house keepers are great. Im grateful for them and this place. If your simple people and just looking for a place to lay your head this is it. If your high maintenance this is not the spot for you. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. They are doing the best they can to get it brought up to standards. If you can’t help them with a decent review then don’t hurt them either!

It was a very odd location. The hotel seems to be previously owned and operated by days inn. All of their logos were covered with blue painters tape. The rooms were not clean or well kept. Parking lot was dirty and hazardous for my dog.

For the price tou cannot go wrong but by no means is it a 4 or 5 star accommodations but it is clean in a decent area and there is a great bar and restaurant connected so it was very convenient i would Definitely recommend as long as you are simple people. LOL
