We stayed in the south tower with a balcony and it was a beautiful view with the ocean. It was a little noisy but also was July 4th week and very busy. The location to the beach was very convenient and check in was very simple. The valet was 10/10 and it was 25$ a day for valet and parking at the hotel but worth it. The breakfast could’ve been better and was disorganized and weren’t told of the waitlist as we fell back on the list not being told about it. The room was clean to our expectations as I’ve read other reviews about cleanness of rooms. I’d stay at this hotel again next time going to the Hamptons. Check out was very smooth and valet again came in clutch. The only downfall was the neighbors next door having a hotel party at 130am and keeping us awake until 3am. But it was also July 4th so not everything can be smooth sailing. The rooftop bar in the hotel was the most disorganized I’ve seen anywhere we traveled on the boardwalk of restaurants. The drinks were terrible, service was terrible, the food was terrible. The only good thing was the view for fireworks otherwise it was the worst restaurant/service we experienced.

Pros - It's right across the street from the beach and the views from the balcony are great. Staff were generaly friendly. Being able to hrab breakfast in the attached restaurant was convenient and it was pretty good. Cons - The room was dirty. The floor was covered in sand ans the headboard had something smeared all over it. The toilet seat needed to be replaced as it was grungy, dirty, and worn. The fixtures in the bathroom looked like they'd never been properly cleaned. The rusty ceiling tiles and duat above just gave the bathroom a gross feel.

Ashworth Hotel by the Sea
They were understaffed in the restaurant. Beds very comfy. Had to pay $25 to park. Inside pool just ok. No towels when we went and was told there was a locker room to change but no where to be found. Great location. Right by the ocean.

There was confusion at the desk when we checked in so it took a long time. When we finally got to our room and started unpacking another couple walked in to our locked room. They had booked our room to them also. Our keys shut off and we had to go back to the front desk where they corrected their mistake and gave the other couple a different room. The bartenders and waitresses at the restaurant were great and the food was good.

Room was clean, fridge was very loud making it very hard to stay asleep.Resturant and breakfast place is what made it worthwhile for us. Just dissapointed in overall of hotel section. Not any better than others on strip, which is not what we were expecting at all.

Room was not ready upon arrival @3pm after calling day before to confirm we would be all set to do so. Reservation was switched after several minutes of trying to find another room. Did not receive the included breakfast as original listing stated. No parking available when returning at night and “valet” parked down the road in an overflow lot. Front desk staff was rude and not cordial at all. Would not stay there again.
