Only two people working when we checked in. The customer service was amazing! They made sure to answer all questions and never felt rushed. Live music in the bar. Food was delicious. Even got some room service. Cant wait to stay again.

We stayed in the Victorian Spa. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Check in and out was fast and easy. Cigar bar across the street was nice and quiet. 10 mins. From several hiking spots. Breakfast was good and well priced with complimentary coffee available. Staff was great and very helpful. Will be back next October!!!

My husband and I love staying in themed hotels and this one takes the cake! We stayed in the treehouse room with our three little boys and on a two week road trip that was full of kid friendly activities—this hotel was their favorite. Great staff and we appreciated being able to just stay on property and order food while our kids played outside after a long day at Storyland nearby. My only two small issues was that I wish there were some lights along the staircase in the treehouse room because it was a little treacherous and I wish they provided pack and plays.
