Stains on carpet, very difficult to secure door with having to lock from inside before leaving or the door wouldn’t lock. The ac was very noisy and very dated room. The cords were hanging out under the tv the manager was no where to be found when we wanted to check out and get a receipt, never got one, just a basket with a sign to drop keys

Hotel was clean and come to beds were comfortable. The pool could have used a cleaning and the Jacuzzi was not working. There was no firewood for the outdoor fire pit you had to provide your own.

The standard and size of the room was very good. What we were disappointed with were: Wi-Fi not working, when I reported it staff advised there was nothing wrong with the Wi-Fi and it must be something with my phone. However two days later, I found out two other people didn't have Wi-Fi and it was a hotel issue. There was no housekeeping. Due to staff shortage room was not cleaned and I had to get fresh towels and toiletries every day. I complained about this and was provided with a small refund. There was no coffee/tea making facilites in the room. One had to go to reception to get one. There was no laundry services as the washer and dryer were broken. Overall the hotel is pleasant but is let down by the little things not working or not up to standard. Overall the it is a good hot

Gouged and ghastly

They gouged us for the room $700+, but the place was like a roadside motel. Taking advantage of the high season is to be expected, but at least leave the guest with a feeling that it was a quality stay.
