The sofa in the sitting area was very uncomfortable. The cushions were so flat it was like sitting on cement.

Stand Out - room was spotless; plenty of soft, fluffy towels, comfy bed, microwave and refrig, good selection of TV channels. Less Than Stand Out - lobby locked up w/phone number posted on door after 8:00 am on Monday and day of checkout; railing on balcony loose (definite safety issue) no one in lobby to speak with; no guide for TV channels. Had stayed here under previous owner, property now seems to need some outside TLC.

No the balcony faces the parking lot. The tv is a little funky. Gentleman at the front desk had to come and get it going for me. There should be a placard in the rooms with instructions. The fireplace was not working when I arrived. The gentleman at the desk came and got it started which was great. However it continues to shuts off by itself. I dont know if its driven by a thermostat or what, but it defeats the purpose of looking for cozy hotel with FP specifically.
