The deck outside our room was nice but no chairs to sit and enjoy it i didn't get the room i reserved got a room i didn't want and paid alot more money for the room i didn't want room was not that clean hair in the shower used toilet paper behind the toilet webs and dirty floor i don't forsee us going back

There was no breakfast as advertised on the website and based on others reviews. I went down and asked the front desk and she said”we don’t have breakfast, but I can throw something in the microwave for you”, I obviously declined and was super disappointed because it states that it’s a full breakfast. Also, there were several guests smoking cigarettes outside the door and inside their room, that is all you smelled the entire time. The pool is a joke too. I recommend staying elsewhere.

Our stay was good. It looks like they are trying to update a lot of things. And a lot still needs to be done. But beds were comfy, pool/hot tub was great, and the staff were very friendly. We plan on staying again in the future.

Bad first impression. We were checked in and then the front desk person checked to see if our room was ready. It was not. They then asked us to give them an extra 30 minutes to complete the clean. Just started off kind of bad, but we had no problems there.

The room was nice and clean, easy check in and nice pool area only complaint is the walls are very thin you can hear eveything happening around you and ur neighbors… but I expected that. Everything else was very nice though!

Pleasantly surprised

We booked this place because my partner remembered coming as a child. Then I saw the mixed reviews. I was nervous. Absolutely worth it. Rooms have recently been remodeled. Shower clean (no tub). Check in clerk was awesome. We were arriving later than expected & she was very accommodating. She even researched & found an old rewards account I didn't know I had. Beds were comfortable & clean. No carpeting in the rooms which I love. Breakfast was frozen breakfast sandwich, fruit bar, apple & juice. Better than nothing. Coffee & tea 24 hrs. Soda/water vending machine. Pool on smaller side but does the trick. Hot tub was nice & hot. Open 9-8. We had a private balcony but couldn't use it because "Charlotte" had a big ol web blocking the doorway on the outside Only suggestion is snack Vending machine for middle of night munchies. I ended up walking to gas station at midnight. It was a nice, quiet & relaxing walk

Good hotel in North Conway Area

This is newly renovated facility. Very clean and staff is courteous and helpful. Their swimming pool closes at 8:00 pm but since Kids wanted to go, she extended it for additional hour. also it is good value for money.

The staff were very nice and even called ahead to accommodate a late night check-in after the front office had closed for the night. The room was clean and very comfortable with plenty of toiletries and linens. I would happily stay here again!
