I have stayed here five times this winter with no problems. However on my last visit I was given an unclean room and treated rudely by staff.

I had a good stay. I liked the friendly staff, the clean room, the hot water and strong shower. The breakfast and the coffee were also good. The hotel itself is somewhat rundown and in need of renovation.

They don’t do housekeeping every day even when you ask. I had to get rid of my own trash and go to the front desk for towels. One morning employee was so rude. She practically refused to have the sheets changed even though my son had a nose bleed on the sheets.

Property cleanliness is declining
We stayed here multiple times and have always loved it! However, this time, we were definitely disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. Chips on the floor when we checked in and so many crumbs and hair everywhere. There was garbage in the pool area that was sitting there for our entire 3 night stay. I would probably stay here again just because we are familiar with the property and it’s okay overall, but it’s sad to see the property decline over the past few years.

They did not plow parking lot. Requested plowing night before due to early departure, they did not plow leaving 7 inches of snow. Car stuck at one entrance while other entrance plowed in completely. Took over an hour for hotel to respond with any help. Meanwhile no other guests could enter or exit the property. Terrible safety hazard. Police & AAA would not respond due to it was hotel responsibility.
