My dissapiontment rating has to do with card not working twice! Not reading that is two seperate occasions and only times i used the card to get in after checking in. I had key card by itself in pocket second time.

UNHAPPY

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: EVERYTHING FOR THE PRICE.
I PAID AND WAS CHARGED THROUGH TRAVELOCITY A NON-SMOKING ROOM WITH A REFIGERATOR AND MIRCOWAVE, WHICH WAS NOT AVAILABLE. OUR THOUGHTS WERE: WE PAID $98.17 A NIGHT FOR A $35.00 A NIGHT ROOM. WE ARE EXTREMLY UNHAPPY.

No room available

Upon my arrival at Motel 6 Nashua, NH, I was told I did not have any reservation. I showed them my reservation number, they changed stories several times. I was told my credit card was denied online, I gave them the physical credit card, the manager did nothing with it, she changed again and told me the problem is with Travelocity. I was very disappointed. By 2am Saturday night, I was still looking for a place to sleep. I slept in my car with my party. It was a horrible trip. I and my party are traumatized by the experience of this trip. We were on the phone for almost 2 hrs with Travelocity Saturday night and they could not find us a place to sleep. The last agent I spoke to (Lena) told me Travelocity will send me a coupon for a free night stay for my next trip. I have not received the coupon. This past weekend was a nightmare!!! I'm very disappointed and will never book or recommend Motel 6.

Worst away from home stay

I had to have 3 room changes before I was placed in a clean enough room. The first room had hair in the towels, on the toilet seat and the shower was dirty. The second room was equally dirty with cigarette burn holes in the comforter, a sticky spill on the floor and bed side table, the freezer also had a brown substance spilled and frozen in it. There was also a soot on the floor. The 3rd room was decent enough to be stayed in. I arrived at the motel after 6 and never was settled into my room until after 9:30pm. I will never stay in that motel again nor will I recommend anyone to stay there.

Would never stay again!

Pros: The clerk was nice but hotel sucked.
Cons: EVERYTHING, literally everything
It's hard to find without GPS, no signs for it at all. The clerk said town wouldn't allow them. The clerk was VERY nice and warned me about how hard it is to get into the room. That the handles stick etc but still busted my knuckles trying to get into the room. The room was SMALL, no mini fridge (said so on site). A small tv on bureau but just like 30 channels. Burn holes in the bedspread even though non smoking room. Sink was dirty, toilet was NOT scrubbed. Towels had holes in them and previous people hair in it. too. The shower only dribbled water out about 1 1/2 ft so you had to stand right up next to it. Not enough water pressure to even wash hair. The tub floor was VERY slippery and almost fell. The walls are very thin, you heard every thing in the rooms around you. The phone book was 2 years old and I noticed because they charge you ($2.95 per day) for WIFI use and I needed to look something up.

Pros: Very friendly front desk man. Not as knowledgeable about the area as might be expected but very pleasant.
Cons: Non-smoking room not only smelled of cigarette smoke but had ashtray on bedside table.
Passing through, needed beds for the night. Price was right.

cheap price

Hotel staff was nice and the front office was clean. Room has been updated but the small of cigarette smoke was a deal breaker. We had a non smoking room but it was like someone had just smoked a hundred packs of marlboros. Needless to say we couldn't sleep and nothing got rid of the small. The next issue was the sheets were not clean and the bedspread looked used.
