Around 10 pm the peroson in the room next door to me decided to try an open my adjoining door to their room. Once i screamed they stopped. The toilet would run constantly until you fiddled with the handle.

The hotel charged me 3 separate fees 3 days after my stay. 50-150-250 for a total of 400 dollars. When asked why they said they found an ash on the floor and took a picture. Which is interesting because I don't smoke. Staff is working there with their under 7 year old children running around and taking salt shakers off the tables and licking them and putting on a different table. Criminals is what they are. 118 dollars for the room then a fictional 400 dollar smoking charge. Wasn't worth 518 dollars for a 1 night stay

We had to change rooms three times, they never cleaned our room, we went to the desk said we need new sheets and towels, we came back thay night, nothing was done. The guy at desk was extremely rude and disrespectful. My father is 82 years old, this was elder abuse. That guy that works rhe front desk should be fired. He said it is our policy, we do n ot clean rooms here. I am going to file several more complaints, we should be refunded for rhe room charge

We had to stay two nights cause we were selling our home. Everything went fine no issues they could update their breakfast. That was kind of cheap in the toaster was broken, but otherwise everyone that works there was wonderful

We had a great stay. Room was very clean. Breakfast could have used some healthier options but was plentiful and good. Only negative was that there were no coffee makers in the rooms. The only coffee was all the way down in the lobby, was from a machine, and the only option for creamer was fake creamer with ton's of sugar. No milk, no actual cream or half and half. If you only drank it while you were at the continental breakfast, you could use the milk from the cereal, but outside of that time, you had nothing but the fake stuff.
