The temp outside was 20° and the rooms had the heat turned off, ot just turned down but completely off. So when I showed up at 11:30 at night to check in, hoping to curl up in a warm bed and get some much needed sleep I was instead greeted by a room as cold as an ice box. When I turned the heat on it didnt even blow warm air the unit was so cold. They switched my room but the 2nd room had the same issue. I left and went to another hotel. When the hotel was contacted about a refund they stated I should have given the room time to heat up. I dont think its unreasonable to expect a room already be heated upon arrival especially during the winter. I am very displeased and will not be staying booking there again. The desk staff was courteous however and did apoligize for the inconvenience.

Our room was disgusting! Stained sheets, the duvet was actually dark yellow! The window was broken, the fridge didn't work, the tv remote had 1 battery in it..had to go to the desk to get batteries. The toilet was plugged..had to go get a plunger. They don't have 24 hour maintenance. The molding around the bathroom had some type of red liqiud all over it...top to bottom. The ice buket was filthy. We didn't even want to stay there but we checked in late and were exhausted and due to holiday weekend (labor day) there were no other hotels available or the ones that were had outrageous prices. This place is absolutely disgusting (and we are not picky people at all) I would definitely NOT recommend staying here!!! They clearly don't care AT ALL about cleanliness!!

The trash by the front door was overflowing when we arrived and still overflowing when we checked out the next day. The lobby smelled like dirty diapers. The hallway and our “non-smoking” room had a heavy smell of cigarette smoke. We opened the window to try and air out the room but then had to listen to the traffic noise. Not at all pleasant.

I had a late check in and entered the room around 10 pm. Found the tub wet and dirty. Sheets smell bad. It took over an hour to switch me to another room. The front desk clerk told me she was working with another guest but to come down and wait for her to set me up with another room. I asked that she call me when she was done. Just wanted to sit after a long wait prior to get checked in. She called my cell after a half an hour and said she tried the room phone several times but I didnt answer. It never rang. New room had a mini fridge tbat buzzed so loud it kept me awake. After I took a shower my toes felt irritated. The upstair hallway smelled like skunk weed. Was relieved to get out the following morning.
