Walked into our room and there were holes in the walls and ceiling. Pulled back the bed sheets and it looked like someone with sand on their shoes was jumping on the bed. Went to 7/11 and got sanitizer wipes, paper towels and trash bags. Had to clean the entire room before I’d unpack. Room was never cleaned despite the “notice “ at the front desk stating “if you’re booked for a 5 day stay, we will clean your room Wednesday “ room was never cleaned, towels never replaced, nothing.

The iron ruined my p@nts by leaking some kinda blue substance on them. The room windows were filthy, I had to clean the mirror to use it there was an arrest on the tube that needed cleaning and the floor was soiled. Staff did come immediately and cleaned the floor. I did inquire about a discount or coupon for my pants with No resolve! But I am thankful the room was available during my trip to New Hampshire and Massachusetts!

We stayed one night as Canobie Lake is right down the road. The beds were comfortable, but the room had a strong cleaning product odor. Thankfully we felt safe enough to keep the door open while we were there to air it out.

My room was fine, but my mother's room had a weird smell, and my sister's room smelled of old, dirty cat litter; the smell was so strong that it stayed in your nose for an hour after you left the room.
