The standards of this place were terrible, room was filthy dirty, did not feel safe. Left the property right away and asked for a refund. Wouldyeven give it a 1 star rating.

not enough tables for 4 buildings to have breakfast. too little put out for food vs people taking 6+ bananas. no hot food. not worth the price to stay for + plus breakfast. you can play the same and stay at best western with a hot breakfast.

How to unlock the door.

Why, oh why, did the front desk not tell us that to open the bedroom door after inserting the key, you had to LIFT the handle first? We weren't the only ones who had to go back down and ask why the door wouldn't open. Also, how difficult would it have been to actually write the wi-fi password on the little envelope, instead of us having to ask.

The stay was ok. The bed was not comfortable. They should take the carpet out. The pool was clean, but you couldn’t enjoy it after seven they close at seven. I think it’s a little too early. it’s continental breakfast, but I think they should upgrade it.

This was, by far, the worst lodging experience we’ve ever had. Our room was infested with bed bugs, and despite repeated calls to the front desk, no one answered or offered assistance. The complimentary breakfast was extremely disappointing, and when we requested a late checkout because our flight was delayed, the manager was unhelpful and rude. Ultimately, we left early after being forced to sleep on the floor— the sheets had an unpleasant odor and were unusable. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Check in was ok. We utilized the pools. They were well kept. Such a plus to have them working and clean. The room was a huge disappointment. Out tv didnt work. There was makeup on the molding. The tub was dirty. Surfaces where sticky. For the price its ok for the night. I bring cleaning supplies now. Breakfast is uslly limited but the fruit was moldy. There was no milk for cereal and they were out of muffins. The bathroom in the lobby was horrendous. Such a shame. Cleaning is not this hotels priority.

Nightmare in Hampton!!!

I relocated from the Seabrook and hoping for a better accommodation considering almost $500 for one night. Very unsatisfied and will never return. I was put up into another building not what’s on the app where I had to walk up two flights or three flights of stairs. This whole property needs to be updated very out of date and the owners or at least the people that work there don’t seem like they care about anything especially not their guest

Itwas hallmark movie picturesque I am picky pillows person. Unfortunately I forgot to bring my own so . I am sorry but the pillows were to firm for my liking neck pain in the morning. So a suggestion would be pillow option instead of all three on each bed the same!I will definitely be back here again. Lovely people lovely setting!
