Check in was seamless and staff was friendly. The day after checkin the staff working the desk was miserable. Yelling at guests and being inconvenienced to get towels. Witnessed her yell and argue with man guests, not just our party. Hotel had a weird smell throughout. Parking was very limited for amount of rooms.

This was the worst place I ever stayed. People pounding on the door at 10 at night, did you order towels??? But no other knocks in the area. People partying in the hall well after 2 am. Drug deals in the parking lot, heroin addicts in the doors. I couldn’t get an hour of sleep all night. Never mind the black mold in the bathroom. All and all, stay away from this place.

Hockey tournament stay

Quiet, clean, comfortable, close to highway, friendly staff, close to shopping/restaurants, budget friendly, good sized room, 10 minutes to the ocean. Breakfast was so-so, fitted sheets didn’t fit on mattress properly, whole toilet unit moved when you sat on it and got up. Would stay here again and would recommend to others. Very good 2 1/2 star property.

I had prepaid a reservation for two nights. My arrival was delayed by one day and the hotel had cancelled my reservation for both nights. When I arrived for my second night, I did not have a room reservation. In addition, neither the hotel or Expedia would assist me and I had to make and pay for another reservation. Neither the hotel or Expedia would refund the second night which I had paid for and was entitled to. Essentially, I paid for three nights to stay one night. Very upset and unhappy with this service.
