"The actual property was clean and it would have been a lovely stay if it was based on that alone. We paid and booked online, so check-in was simply an ID and credit card check. Too simple in fact. The front desk woman didn't say or do anything aside from put a room key on the counter and say "room..." We were excited to take a swim and relax in the hot tub but they were both swarming with approximately two dozen children and parents (loud and obnoxious). We retreated to our room to relax in the comfy King size bed. So much for falling asleep as there is apparently no quiet time. the outdoor fire pit and tables are in the center of the hotel and it was ongoing passed 1:00am (loud music, pungent weed odor, hollering and laughter). In summary, if you're looking for an expensive night life with strangers, this is perfect. If you want to get away to relax from children and or have a mini vacation, look elsewhere!"
