We stayed here the night before our cruise and the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were clean, with a kitchen and sitting area. The pool was beautiful. I loved the gym. It was within walking distance to shopping and restaurants and near the cruise port.

I have been staying at this property when I visit the area on short trips for about 12 years. They have maintained the property quite well. The staff is always friendly and accomodating even if we arrive before check in time. The rooms are always clean and so are the hallways. The only reason I didnt give it a 5 is because initially parking was included if I remember correctly. In recent years they have added a fee per night.

The property location and complimentary airport shuttle were two great things. The most disappointing experience was the quality and management of breakfast. The staff was extremely inefficient in managing breakfast. The options were bare minimal for the brand name. Breakfast area was a total chaos.
