"First of all when you have guests who are in their 60s you don’t put them in the farthest room away from the main area. Had to walk 1/4 mile one way. Additionally not that they will do anything about it but we had all of our Sun Block stolen from our room. It was the staff as they were the only ones ..."

Hotel Riu Palace Costa Rica - All Inclusive
"Road from San Jose airport was trash. Road to resort not much better. Steak house took two hours to get our meals. Food in all restaurants was average at best. The bartenders at pool bar was only bright spot. We stayed at punts Cana Riu which was much better than the Costa Rica palace."
