The double blind system is excellent for keeping the room dark. Better than others with blinds and drapes. Like that we had control of the air conditioner and could turn it off. Our room was not cleaned the second day and when we mentioned we needed towels they didn’t send them up until the next morning. I left the empty tissue box in plain sight and it wasn’t refilled. There was a large crack in the sink. Carpet felt disgusting so we wouldn’t walk on it without shoes on.

Nice location, easy/simple check in

We were in for three nights in Edmonton. Love the location of this hotel. Right on the edge of Edmonton, just off Gateway Blvd. but also near shopping areas in Ellerslie and South Edmonton Common. No waiting checking in, front desk was quick and courteous. We were given the handicapped room which was a little weird. It was like everything normal in a normal room but the room was bigger. Wouldve been nice to make the night stand closer to the bed. I can quickly get out to grab something but maybe a differently abled person could have a hard time. Overall really great, would stay again.
