Important Layout Note:
Please note this is a multi-level (4-story) home with stairs between all levels. Bedrooms and showers are on the upper floors (3rd & 4th levels), so the home may not be ideal for guests with mobility challenges.

Parking:
Private two-car garage.

Garage Access:
The garage can be opened and closed using the wall-mounted opener located inside the garage. Mobile access via the MyQ app is available upon request.

House Guidelines:
• No parties, events, or unregistered guests
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
• Quiet hours from 10 PM–7 AM to respect neighbors
• Pets are not permitted to maintain allergy-friendly conditions
