Booked at a hotel so kids could swim and have some fun. The pool was closed the first day. The second day open but should have been closed. It was so cloudy you could not see the bottom. Also, the only thing my kids like at breakfast was waffles but the dispenser broke so they would let you get waffles. Thankfully the sweet lady saw my frustration and filled cups with batter so we could make some. It’s in a nice area and comfortable.

The breakfast was average. I wanted there to be more of a variety of healthy items. The bed sheets were uncomfortable and looked like they were bed skirts instead. I did not sleep that well because of the sheets

Incidental disappointment that ruined part of trip

I had a great time but have never been more disappointed in a hotel for the incidental charge. That price is crazy. You took away money I could have spent on my child. It was a trip to celebrate being together before I move. I was in 2 other Hilton hotels on my trip and neither of them charged that ceazy price. Very disappointed in how the staff didn't even care that the price was to much. They asked me if I wanted to cancel reservation. I have decided to not return to your location for that reason and have told family and friends.

It’s dated and needs a little tlc in some areas but overall we enjoyed our stay. Staff is great, rooms are clean and we appreciated the service every other day taking out the trash, clean towels and beds made. Breakfast bar was great since everything in Dallas costs a small fortune. We also were able to wash/dry our clothes while working out. I would stay here again.

Still a great place to stay

Home 2 Suite is always the first place I look for when I’m traveling with my family. It’s always clean and ample amount of space in the rooms for my family of 6. Breakfast is always good when available. Parking is always great! This particular building showed some age though. The mattress was collapsed in the middle and we would eventually roll into the center by middle of the night. Toilet did not flush very strongly and sometimes had to be flushed twice. We actually lost water completely for a few minutes but it came back with no further interruptions. I understand things happen and it won’t keep me from booking again. I just hope Hilton takes proactive measurements and “freshen” up their business.

Peaceful Couples Staycation

Clean spacious room, didn't have a do not disturb sign, asked twice and never received one. Also the phone in the room didn't work I had to use my mobile phone to call the front desk. The pool was very clean, we just didn't like the breakfast.
