The towels were thin as paper, looked stain and off white. The pillows were very not comfortable at all. The photos make this place look relaxing and fun but it actually looked like a hook up station for hookers. It was very raunchy and dirty.

Our towels are an off-white color. I'm sorry you didn't like our pillows. We keep extra pillows at the front desk for the comfort of guest if they need more than three pillows. This place is for couples and adult to have a quiet, relaxing time away from the world. We apologize for an inconveniences and we truly hoped we could have served you better.

Very awful experience

First of all the soon as we entered the room with smell a strong odor of cigarettes and the closer we got to the bathroom a very strong odor of mothballs there were two in the tub that was one on top of the toilet and there was one in the drawer I woke up with bedbug bites I got pictures to prove it really awful experience Then turn on the TV and the first thing that pops up is ugly rated R movies like very trashy movies just wasn’t what I was expecting at all very very disappointed in me and my fiancé will never ever ever go back there again

Hello Sir, Sir, you reserved a smoking room and you asked us to have smoking room. We also found grass ticks that flies in your room. We sometimes get this type of report once our guests are visiting open air grass seating Fair park theater to see the best show they offer in summer time. We are one of the closest hotel from the Fair park and several guests are staying with us to enjoy their evenings there. We immediately sprayed repel tick defense spray to resolve this issue and informed our designated pest control company on their routine service. We apologize.
