The property looks a bit run down and could really use some renovations. There was a funky smell in the room, which was a bit off-putting. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, which made the night’s stay manageable. Breakfast was just okay, but it would be nice to see more variety offered. Customer service was decent, nothing exceptional. Overall, I guess I was expecting more from the Comfort Suites chain, but at least the price was affordable. It’s fine for a short stay, but could be much better with some updates.

No phone in the room to be able to contact front desk. Tub/shower is very slow draining Cart to carry belongings up to room barely fit in elevator and was coming apart. When we first checked in the only cart available was like one that you go shopping at Home Depot for wood. Key cards did not work on Tuesday when we came back from my husband’s surgery. Room was not cleaned or fresh towels. We stayed from Monday-Wednesday Exhaust fan in bathroom was very noisy when you would turn it on. The noise was too much to leave it on.

Refund, don’t stay there, weedsmell, unclean

I only stayed one night, checked out at 8am sharp! There were roaches in the bathroom everywhere and in the “living room” area of the room crawling on the ceiling. The hotel lobby receptionist at night seemed a little confused. The smell of marijuana was so strong all throughout the hotel, including the 3rd floor. The day receptionist was very nice, she said to call hotels.com for a refund, I have messaged them and haven’t heard back yet. She was very apologetic and said they would give me a refund for my stay. However, I am still waiting for hotels.com to get back to me.
