"The air conditioner in the room outdated and very noisy. The only bathroom light, the one surrounding the mirror is unbelivably bright! Painful to the eyes! You can't dim it and it's the only light. We ended up using our cel phone cam light instead. Other than those two things the place was great."

"When we 1st arrived we weren’t sure about our decision to stay at Costa Mesa Inn due to all the boxes and construction (isolated) but then we met Sandra. She made check in easy and she absolutely lovely. Then we entered the very nice newly renovated, spotless room. The room has light colored wood looking tile floors not those nasty hotel room carpets. I even walked around without my sandals-which I never do at hotels. But like I mentioned it was spotless. We went to Patrick’s Pud right next door to the inn when we returned after enjoying the sunset and dinner at the beach. It was great! We will definitely reserve at this inn the next time we go to Newport Beach, hopefully it will be all done. 😊"
