Freezing homeless shelter

No rooms had thermostats. Centrally controlled and freezing. No vent cover. Could not sleep. Front desk no help and of course no refund.

The receptionists were courteous & attended to all of our needs. The room was average.. needs to be cleaned & a new paint job is sorely needed. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Vagabond Inn.. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you for accommodating us!

The first room we were given smelled incredibly moldy, there was drywall dust on the floor and the bathroom was disgusting. Baseboards were peeling off the walls. So they gave us second room. The second room smelled better, but the air conditioning was on in this room, which is probably what made it smell better. You could see water damage along the baseboards. We ended up getting a refund and went somewhere else. I’ve never seen a more atrocious place.

Entering room, the smell is stagnant and musty as there is no air flow. All the baseboards are peeling away from the walls and floor is uneven. There has definitely been some water damage here. Ac doesn’t work, and the beds are the worst beds I’ve ever felt. They are spring beds, but sitting on them they feel like a water bed… horrid. We tried 2 other rooms and they are all the same. Our group of 6 rooms all checked it and got refunds immediately and we went elsewhere. Do not stay here!!
