It was clean and everyone was nice. The a/c in my first room didn’t work so I was given a different room. One elevator didn’t work at all, the other elevator was extremely slow, I used the stairs mostly but the day that I went to check out I had my luggaGe to carry so had to take the elevator- waited for a few minutes while listening to it go up and down but never stop. For the price I wish there was a breakfast buffet included -

They demanded a 100.00 deposit over the room fee I had already paid. Expedia should have said something about that. The fee paid was not the total cost. The deposit was insulting.

The carpet was damp - mostly noticed between bath and bed. It was discernable because dry areas could be identified. I called the front desk when discovered but too late at night for me to move. The morning staff didn't know about this condition which was concerning. No compensation offered. Also, there was a hole in the pouff which should have been replaced. Made the place look seedy. In general, the staff was exceptionally friendly so that's a big plus.

My Go-To Hotel in Costa Mesa

I always stay here when I’m in Costa Mesa. It is near major highways, many stores and restaurants and the airport. Staff members are very helpful and polite. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool is a big plus. It has always been clean and well-maintained. The hot tub is also nice. A good value. I’ll be back.
